Let's look at the Admin Menu (the blue bar at the top of the model site after you login).

• Menu Edit: Add, Modify or Delete Menu
• Settings: Change Site Settings
• Copy Page: Copy the page to a new one
• Site Info: Site Information (view platform settings)
• For Viewing: Design the layout for viewing records
• For Editing: Design the layout for editing records

There are other Admin Menu Items that are available only to the admin user:

• Scheme: Manage Scheme Settings
• Users: Add, Modify or Delete User Authentication Records
• Database: Database Administration (SQL Interface)
• Appl Conf: Application Configuration
• Admin Menu: Admin Menu Configuration

Most of the above operations are intuitive.  However, the "Scheme", "For Viewing" and "For Editing" need some more explanations.
