Setting up your authoring program

BEE is on the server-side.  That means no programs need to be downloaded to enable you to write BEE applications.  Just do it in your favourate web design/development program.  Mine is DreamWeaverä, which we will use as an example of setting up authoring software to do BEE Script.

Assuming your BEE Hosting Administrator has set up your web site at www.mysite.com, start DreamWeaverä and create a new site (Site >> New Site...).  Enter the "Local Info" as usual (Site Name, Local Root Folder, HTTP Address, etc).  From "Remote Info", select "FTP" as Access and enter "www.mysite.com" as FTP Host.  Directory (usually "main"), Login and password are as specified by the BEE Hosting Administrator.  Then click OK.

If you are using other authoring program (or just normal text editor and upload with your "bare hands"), just enter the site specification in its corresponding places.  Remember, BEE is on the server.  How you set up your development bench at the client side does not matter, as long as you code the BEE Script right and upload to the proper server location.
