The Process that update the shopping cart

This is a complete working code for /appl/cart.bs.  Please note that the array session%cart_Qty is the key of the shopping cart.  Clearing session%cart_Qty:product removes the product from the cart, and clearing the whole array of session%cart_Qty empties the cart.
