Sending the order via email

This is a complete working code for /appl/sendorder.bs.  Please note that sendorder is an Application Process as it will empty the cart afterwards.  There is no Application Display, so the TEA in the Main Display area will simply show acknowlegement like "thank you for shopping" or like.
