Format Specification Menu that triggers actions

In the Format Specification (in the five JavaScript arrays discussed in the previous page), you may use @Parent, @Address, @Name, @Description, @Page and @Param to represent their corresponding values in the menu item fields.

There are three more useful substitutions: @Level, @Position and @ItemAttribute.  @Level is the menu level the item is in (the top level is 1); @Position indicates the order (starting from 1) of the item among other siblings at the same level; and @ItemAttribute is a value returned by the JavaScript ItemAttribute() if one is defined by the user (to be discussed next).

Note: For ItemSeparator, the Format Specification came from the item immediately after.
