BEE_isset($varname) Determine whether a BEE Variable is set

Return a PHP true value if the BEE Variable identified by varname is defined, or false if otherwise.  This is the same as "{varname|isset}" except that it returns a PHP true or false value instead of 1 or 0.

Please note the followings:

n        BEE_isset will return false if a System Class BEE Variable name is specified.

n        The "file" part in varname will be ignored if specified.
